We understand the importance of your personal information and declare that we will implement the following measures.

We will appoint an information manager in each department that handles personal information to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date and take measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.

We will use your personal information within the scope of the purpose of use disclosed or notified at the time of acquisition. We will manage personal information in an appropriate manner and we will not disclose or provide it to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases.

  • When we outsource a part of our operation that handles personal information to a third party in order to carry out our business.
  • When presenting necessary information to a financial institution for payment procedures.
  • In case of special circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.

When sharing or entrusting personal information to a third party for the purpose of outsourcing business, we will investigate the third party, enter into a necessary contract, and take other measures required by law.

We will strictly manage the personal information entrusted to us by our vendors and use it within the scope of the contract with the vendor.

Purpose of using personal information

We will use your personal information to provide you with information about our products and services (catalogs, technical materials, exhibition invitations, direct mail, etc.), to request surveys regarding improvements in products and services, to send bills, and to process various statistics. In cases where the purpose of use is individually limited by each division of the Company and notified or disclosed to the customer, then the information will be used according to that purpose of use.
