Health and Safety Initiatives

We are promoting a company-wide initiative to create a safe and comfortable working environment by prioritizing the protection of health and safety of employees, which the management takes very seriously.

Eradication of accidents caused by unsafe actions

Through establishing "Pointing and Calling" method, hazard prediction activities, near miss or minor accidents, and risk factor extraction activities, we aim to eradicate unsafe behavior by thoroughly identifying potential hazards in the workplace, implementing measures to eliminate or reduce hazards and reviewing work procedures as necessary, and systematic education.

Improvement in conditions of the unsafe machinery and equipment.

Along with the introduction of risk assessment in all business units and making further progress in risk anticipation activities, safety inspections of machinery and equipment are conducted by Office Executive Patrol and we are working from the top down to eliminate unsafe sites.

Improvement in work environment

The company is implementing the improvement in work environment initiative by checking work environment by measurement, improving VDT work environment by introducing eye-safe PC displays and by guiding and educating employees in suitable VDT working hours management, separating the workplace smoking and non-smoking areas by creating smoking zones etc., and total work management of noise, dust etc.

Promoting Health

The company is committed to improving various factors and specific problems that may affect mental health, while taking care to protect privacy and respecting the wishes of the individual employees.
The company is focusing on health management and established regulations to prevent health disorders in employees caused by overwork with regular checkups from the industrial physician. Also the company is engaged in providing interview guidance as well as other services.

Promoting continuous activity

The company has taken steps in application of Manual Labor Health and Safety Management System simultaneously with the introduction of Risk Assessment to work towards further improvement in health and safety activities.

Company-wide education system

It goes without saying that in order to demonstrate and develop a company's overall strength, it must first and foremost constantly develop and improve the capabilities of its human resources and make effective use of them.
We have established an education and training system and back it up so that our employees can develop their own skills in a step-by-step and systematic manner.
