Production Automation

Fearetures

01

Creating a Safe and Secure Workplace

In promoting automation to improve productivity, we place the highest priority on physical safety and develop equipment and work environments with human interfaces that provide workers with reassurance while realizing labor workforce reduction.

02

Quality Inspections Not Reliant on Human Sensory Evaluation

We previously introduced automatic inspections that use camera images to make judgments about visual inspections, and we are now developing an automatic inspection system with even higher accuracy. This not only improves and preserves inspection quality, but also enables the deskilling of inspectors, such as in the automatic inspection of mirror-like products, which is considered difficult to do visually.

03

Stable Production and Supply Unaffected by Shrinking Workforce

In the midst of a shrinking workforce, we aim to provide our customers with satisfaction in terms of quality and product supply by fully automating production utilizing the latest technology to ensure stable production even with a small labor force.

Case Study

AI-powered Automatic Appearance Inspection

AI-powered Automatic Appearance Inspection

For products with many types of defects that can be difficult to detect, an automatic visual inspection system using AI can eliminate variations in defect detection caused by differences in inspector experience and catch defects missed due to human fatigue from continuous inspection. This is done by developing a defect detection algorithm using deep learning and optimized image capture technology, reducing inspection processes and ensuring stable inspection quality.

Fully Automated Rubber Seal Manufacturing

Fully Automated Rubber Seal Manufacturing

Using the material, design, manufacturing, and inspection technologies we have developed over the years, we have tackled various issues considered difficult to solve and have fully automated processes from pre-molding, pressing, finishing, inspection, counting, and packaging, enabling stable production that does not rely on human labor.
