CMP (Clean Molding Process)
Particles are a major enemy in semiconductor manufacturing processes, and a high level of cleanliness is required for parts used in manufacturing equipment. In order to meet the demands of our customers, we have established CMP (Clean Molding Process), in which all processes from mixing of rubber materials to packaging are performed in a clean room in order to provide sealing products with high cleanliness. Although rubber product manufacturing processes are generally not considered to be clean, our CMP line has changed this preconception and is highly valued by our customers.
